What happens to humanity’s farthest traveler in the far future? In this cinematic 4K documentary, we follow Voyager 1 from its historic launch in 1977 to the unimaginable future that awaits it in the dark between the stars.

Built to explore the outer planets, Voyager 1 became something far greater:

the most distant human-made object ever created.

It crossed the Solar System, revealed wonders on Jupiter and Saturn, entered interstellar space, and began a journey that may outlast the human species itself.

But Voyager 1 is more than a spacecraft.
