Atrahasis is an epic from ancient Mesopotamia dating back to around 1700 B.C. Written in Cuneiform on clay tablets, it features three gods: Anu, Enlil and Enki. Anu, the ruler of the gods, ruled over the sun and the heavens; Enlil's territory was the land, and Enki controlled the water bodies and underwater.
There was also an Ancient Greek flood story, where Zeus flooded humanity and only Deucalion and his wife Pyrrha survived by hiding in a floating chest, then repopulated the world by throwing stones over their shoulders, which turned into new people as they hit the ground.
