Artemis II Explained | 2026 Mission to the Moon

Artemis II is the first manned mission to the moon in over 50 years. But it's a test flight, laying the groundwork for all the future missions to come.

Artemis II will not be a moon landing, but a lunar flyby. In this video, I explain what Artemis II will do, why we're flying it, and who will be the astronauts onboard. We'll talk briefly about the Space Launch System and Orion, the spacecraft for the mission.
