Introducing OpenMythos | Claude Mythos Clone

A twenty two year old developer just built something that feels a lot bigger than another open source AI project.

OpenMythos is a testable attempt to recreate the logic behind the rumored Claude Mythos architecture, built around a Recurrent-Depth Transformer that reuses the same core layers again and again instead of just stacking more parameters.

At the same time, Moonshot’s Kimi-K2.6 is pushing massive multi-agent modular AI, while xAI is rolling out cheap production-tested voice APIs through Grok.

Across model design, reasoning, and real-world deployment, AI is starting to shift in a very different direction.
