Google Omni vs Runway vs Seedance: Which AI Video Wins?

Generative video editing just got an embarrassment of riches and everyone wants to crown a single winner. So I put the big three head-to-head: Google's Omni, Runway's Aleph 2, and the one a lot of people don't realize can do this Seedance 2.0.

But this isn't a "this killed that" video. I ran them through 9 tests restyles, cleanups, object removals, "what happened 10 seconds before," and a few experiments that went sideways in the best way, and the takeaway, is simple: there is no one true ring. They're tools. Different strengths, different failure modes, different jobs.

Plus a first look at what I think is the next real shift in AI video workflows. It's not nodes (relax, node-haters). If you start seeing the letters MCP everywhere over the next few months, this is what it means and why it's worth playing with now.
